kiinnitt\u00e4\u00e4 erityist\u00e4 huomiota. Onko auton omistaminen lopulta j\u00e4rkevin vaihtoehto, vai kannattaisiko auto hankkia yritysleasingin kautta?<\/p><p>Suomalainen yritysleasing-yritys LeasePlan teetti kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 2013 kyselyn autonsa itse omistavien yritysten p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4jille. <b>Vastaajista vain 18 prosenttia kertoi saavansa t\u00e4sm\u00e4llist\u00e4 tietoa autokantansa kustannuksista<\/b>, mutta l\u00e4hes kaksi kolmasosaa piti autoilun kustannusten alentamista keskeisen\u00e4 tulevaisuuden kysymyksen\u00e4.<\/p><p>Autojen omistaminen nakyy paitsi taseessa, saattaa aiheuttaa yll\u00e4tt\u00e4vi\u00e4 kuluja autojen k\u00e4yt\u00f6n my\u00f6t\u00e4. <b>Yritysautoilun kustannuksista per\u00e4ti noin 40 prosenttia koostuu auton arvon alenemisesta ja 20 prosenttia polttoaineesta.<\/b> Huollot ja korjaukset sy\u00f6v\u00e4t nekin kymmenen prosenttia kustannuksista. Monesti suureksi kuluer\u00e4ksi mielletty vakuuttaminen on lopulta vain kymmenesosa auton kustannuksista. Veroihin menee puolestaan noin kuusi prosenttia kuluista, rahoituksella hankitun auton korkomenoihin seitsem\u00e4n prosenttia ja renkaisiin viisi prosenttia.<\/p><p>Erityisesti auton omaksi hankkimalla yrityksen kannattaa kiinnitt\u00e4\u00e4 huomiota siihen, mitk\u00e4 autot pit\u00e4v\u00e4t mahdollisimman hyvin arvonsa. Yritysleasingin kautta auton hankkimalla t\u00e4t\u00e4 riski\u00e4 yritys ei kanna itse. Auton arvon m\u00e4\u00e4ritteleminen kolmen vuoden p\u00e4\u00e4h\u00e4n on l\u00e4hes mahdoton teht\u00e4v\u00e4 ja erilaisissa markkinatilanteiden muutoksissa huoltoleasingill\u00e4 hankitun auton mahdolliset j\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6sarvotappiot j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t leasing-palveluntarjoajan vastuulle.<\/p><p><b>Yksi monesti aliarvioitu kuluer\u00e4 on omistusautoon liittyvien laskujen k\u00e4sittely, johon kuluva aika kertaantuu autom\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n mukaan.<\/b> LeasePlanin laskelmien mukaan 30 autoa omistavan yrityksen taloushallinolta menee vuodessa 210 tuntia omistusautojen kululaskujen k\u00e4sittelyyn. Keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isell\u00e4 tuntipalkalla laskettuna yksist\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4st\u00e4 aiheutuu yritykselle vuosittain yli 4000 euron kustannukset.<\/p><p>Mik\u00e4li kolmenkymmenen auton keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4inen hankintahinta on 25 000 euroa, p\u00e4\u00e4omaa sidotaan autoihin 750 000 euroa.
